Queens Botanical Garden (QBG) is an urban oasis where people, plants and cultures are celebrated through inspiring gardens, innovative educational programs and real-world applications of environmental stewardship. Located at the northeast corner of Flushing Meadows-Corona Park in Flushing, QBG has become a 39-acre oasis in one of New York City’s most bustling and diverse neighborhoods.

Visit Queens Botanical Garden

Please bring your voucher at the front desk in our Visitor Services building through March 30. You may redeem your voucher as admission to one of our garden events!

We are excited for you to visit. Vouchers are valid for general admission.

You may present your voucher on your mobile device or on paper at the main entrance or parking booth for free admission. Please visit www.queensbotanical.org to view our events calendar and see our hours of operation.

Note that parking fees are not included with your voucher.

QBG offers free admission every Wednesday from 3-6pm and Sundays from 9-11am. https://queensbotanical.org/hours_admission/.

Guidelines

We are excited for you to visit. School Community Trip vouchers are valid for instructor-led workshops, self-guided tours, and select public programs at Queens Botanical Garden.

Workshops: Our themed and seasonal workshops guide participants through an exploration of our garden exhibits. Each theme comes with a culminating activity and take-home. Examples of themes: Animal Architecture, Art from the Garden, Trees and Me, Water in the City, and many more! Self-Guided Tours offer the opportunity to explore QBG at your own pace and investigate the specific exhibit areas that complement your needs and interests. Includes 10 adventure field guides, pencils, and one QBG tote bag per group. You can also bring your school community to any of our public programs included in garden admission. These include the yearly Orchid Show, Halloween, Winter Wonder, and more! Find out more about our upcoming public programs at: https://queensbotanical.org/calendar/. Guidelines

  • School Community trip vouchers are for Parent Coordinators to host the families and students taught by UA-participating teachers on up to two trips per school year.
  • School Community trip vouchers expire on June 30th.
  • School Community Trip Redeem Codes (Voucher ID) must be presented at the time you book your reservation.
  • The Teacher/Parent Coordinator/Administrator listed on the voucher must be present when the voucher is used.
  • Limitations to group size may apply, check institutional limits when reserving.
  • To request a bus, complete the bus request form on the portal (https://myua.amnh.org).

Queens Botanical Garden is OPEN for President's Day from 8am to 4:30pm. Join us for a Black history themed story time and crafts in the Meeting Room of the V&A Building from 11AM to 1PM. No registration required.
